Approach
The user of the Partners Portal is unique. Most of the users are restaurant managers who want the best for their business. Interviewing them has been inspiring and understanding their needs has been key to improving the product.

Design validations
The process began with the redesigning of the platform, aligning it with other Rappi products. By gathering feedback from users, we identified issues and made improvements based on our analysis. Throughout the process, we validated our proposals and highlighted additional needs to make the partners' experience with Rappi more seamless.
Generating value to the partners
By being the right hand of the restaurant and guiding them to understand how to improve, day by day,  through a responsive platform for IOS and Android.
Analysis, management and marketing
An additional challenge with Rappi Ads was to create a tool that allows users to analyze data to manage and generate positioning and visibility campaigns for their restaurants.
Conclusions
Restaurants can now manage their stores, edit and create polygons, and the menu creation experience has been simplified. Now users can also create their own positioning campaigns and view the results of that investment through reports.
