Approach
For users it wasn't easy to understand what  the Merchant Center was and how to use it. Our goal was to help communicate easily how the merchant center works trough out visual design, motion design and illustration.

Concept
We first based the story in telling what the Merchant Center is next. On how to use it. We removed language that had technical jargon. Additionally we cleaned up pages that instead of helping communicate, confused the people who use the Merchant Center Portal.
Illustrations
Seamless illustrations that depict the step-by-step processes on the platform and represent the UI of the Merchant Center.
How it works
We used a fixed menu with four steps to help users of the merchant center understand how to make the most of the platform. Additionally, the page enhances its content with representative UI illustrations.
